welcome you to our mobile application / website / platform SCORECARE. SCORECARE is a service operated by SCORESATHI TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED PRIVATE LIMITED that focuses
on developing and delivering digital business solutions. Scorecare is a credit
information and credit-health platform that helps individuals access,
understand, and improve their creditworthiness, alongside related financial
convenience and facilitation services. The business provides the services
including but not limited to credit score services, credit improvement
services, credit report services, credit repair services, bill payment
services, bill collection services and intermediary services for loans and
credit cards.
SCORECARE partners with various entities including Surepass
Technologies for the purpose of verifying your identity and retrieving your
credit score and credit report from the relevant credit bureau(s) on their
behalf. Surepass acts as a technology/processing intermediary in this flow and
is contractually bound to use your information only for this stated purpose,
and not for any unrelated use
The platform is operated through a mobile application /
website and seeks to deliver business solutions to users based on their
subscription packages. The installation and use by the user of the SCORECARE mobile Application / website
/ platform is bound by the certain terms and conditions which are listed below.
Our Privacy Policy is incorporated as part of this Mobile Application / Website / Platform. Please register in the platform and access or view
the platform only if you are agreeable to be bound by this Privacy Policy. In
case you are not agreeable to the terms of the privacy policy or do not wish to
be bound / obligated by these policies and / or terms and conditions, we kindly
request you not to register access / view the platform.
Please read this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use
carefully before accessing / registering yourself. By continuing to access the
platform, please note that you agree to be bound by the provisions of this
Privacy Policy.
Our
services have to be used legally and as permitted by law. SCORECARE
has the right to completely stop
providing or suspend the services if you do not comply with our terms or privacy
policies. The contents and any information provided in the platform may be
changed at any time by us without notice by updating the privacy policy. You
agree to review the Terms and conditions of the website / Privacy Policy
regularly and your continued access or use of the platform will mean that you
agree to and abide by the updated Terms & Conditions / Privacy Policy.
2. Information:
We collect the information of the user
as provided by them such as the individual / business entity name, email
address, Contact address, country, payment details, email id, IP address, PAN
details, KYC details and the like. The nature of the services offered by SCORECARE
them to collect information like contact details.
Information Collected automatically:
Users understand and agree that
while using Scorecard, the following information is collected automatically:
- Device Information and Activity Data- Actions that is integral to
the Platform and interactions with other platforms like reblogging. While
not revealing the specific identity, but may include device, activity and
usage information, such as your IP/ MAC address, browser and device
characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs,
time-spent, device name, country, location, information about how and when
the users avail SCORECARE’s Services and other technical information. The
said information is collected purely for security purposes to ensure the
users do not misuse the platform for illegal or unlawful activities.
- User log data: SCORECARE stores data relating to login information,
the details of last login, the IP addresses from which the login has
occurred and relevant related information.
The user also agrees to provide a
consent form to permit SCORECARE to access credit/debit card details,
photograph, signature, bank account details and KYC documents (Know Your
Customer) like the PAN and Aadhar Card and credit scores.
3. Use of
Cookies/ Web beacons:
Users understand and agree that
SCORECARE avails the help of cookies, web beacons when the user accesses the
platform. While the users have the option to remove the cookies or opt out of
the same, there is a possibility that they may not be able to experience the
full potential of the services rendered by SCORECARE. Web beacons cannot be
declined by the users but may be rendered ineffective declining all cookies or
by modifying the users’ Apps’ web browser settings to notify the user each time
a cookie is tendered, permitting them to accept or decline cookies on an
individual basis.
SCORECARE may use third-party
software to serve ads on the Platform, implement email marketing campaigns, and
manage other interactive marketing initiatives. This third-party software may
use cookies or similar tracking technology to help manage and optimize the user’s
online experience. It is therefore, the users’ responsibility to disable
cookies if required on each of such third party platforms they have access to.
On
being prompted for Registration as a new user, you are required to provide
basic information such as Name, age, phone number, email address, physical
address, PAN details, KYC details and geographical location.
If
the user agrees to avail their services SCORECARE also collects credit/debit card details,
photograph, signature, bank account details and KYC documents (Know Your
Customer) like the PAN and Aadhar Card and credit scores for the sake of
confirming the identity of the users and to conduct a background verification
of the credentials so provided by the users.
As a user willing to register and to
use the services rendered by us you understand and agree that by availing the
services we may directly or indirectly collect and store information regarding your
access and use of our platform and your personal details. You agree that we
may use such information for any purpose related to any use of the platform
including but not limited to:
i.
Provide,
troubleshoot and improving the performance of the platform;
ii.
verifying
compliance with the terms and other conditions.
iii.
For
internal purposes such as enhancing security of the Platform, auditing,
testing, troubleshooting, data analysis and research conducted either
indirectly/directly by Company;
iv.
To
protect the users by preventing fraud and abuse and to protect the security of
our merchants and the users.
v.
Conduct
a KYC Check and background verification of the credentials provided by the
users as per Applicable Law
vi.
Assist business partners and other involved third
parties to render the relevant services to the users like processing payments,
services and promotional offers
vii. Assist SCORECARE to protect itself from fraud or
abuses of the website or to enable third parties to carry out logistical or
other functions on SCORECARE’s behalf.
viii. Act on the users’ behalf and engage with their
lending partners to facilitate loan-related actions, including repayments,
closures, and settlements.
ix.
Contact the users’
lending partners and share relevant personal, financial, and loan related
information, as necessary, to carry out the above actions based on their
request.
x.
Send notices to the
users, communications, update the users’ records, and notify the users about
any suspicious security breaches or unusual activity on the account.
xi.
Providing
personalized content about offers and location-based services.
4. Applicability of this
Privacy policy:
The
terms mentioned in this privacy policy herein shall apply to the users, who
have visited the platform to browse with no intention of committing their
information and the registered users who are willing to divulge their
information to ensure continued support of a personalized nature from the platform.
Clients may submit photos for promotional use (with consent), enhancing
community engagement and the photos are governed by the Privacy policy and the
users agree to the same before submitting such photos or videos for
collaboration.
5. Details of information is
collected & shared:
The personal details / information that are given by the
users like name,
email address, mobile number, age, city and country of current residence, location, IP addresses, KYC details are collected. The
platform however, is not liable for any information compromised as a result of
interaction of the users with any third-party sites which has been advertised /
found in our Website / Platform.
Information:
That is collected from Registered Users: If you create and register an
account with us, you are required to give us certain information during
creation of your account. We ask all registered users to provide a name, email
address, mobile number, age, city and country of current residence and other
details.
Information entered once by
the users is by default stored in the database of the website to ensure
seamless logging in process by the users. The users may opt out of the same. We may collect information
of the user based on the users’ requirement from SCORECARE. We undertake not to share the same with any
third parties exceeding the scope of engaging such third parties.
You
agree that user information or any other information relating to use of the
services may contain confidential and personal information. You agree and undertake that all the
Confidential or personal Information will remain the sole property of SCORECARE
and that we will not use such Information for purposes beyond the scope of providing
the services within the scope of this Privacy Policy.
SCORECARE shall
share the details so collected to appropriate law enforcement agencies or to
protect rights and to third party service providers as necessary. If the user
permits SCORECARE to collect information, such information so collected may be
shared with marketing and advertising agencies, commercial partners only to
extent required.
6.
Data Retention & Deletion
The user data
collected by SCORECARE-
User data is retained only as long as necessary. Users may opt out of
collection of cookies by SCORECARE during
any time of their interaction. The users may also request for deletion of their
account and personal information by sending an email to SCORECARE.
Upon deletion, personal data will be removed unless retention is legally
required.
7. Security Issues:
The Accuracy and
Confidentiality of Your Account Information Is Your Responsibility: You
are responsible for maintaining the secrecy and accuracy of your password,
email address and other account information at all times. We recommend a strong
password that you do not use with other services. We are not responsible for
personal data transmitted to a third party as a result of incorrect details.
SCORECARE
shall take utmost precaution to ensure the data of the users is safe and
implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to
protect user data in compliance with applicable Indian data protection laws.
8.
Withdrawal of consent:
The users are required by
SCORECARE to provide consent to collection and use of information as mentioned
in the Terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy of this Agreement. In the
event, the users want to terminate the agreement or withdraw consent to
collection of information, they shall do so in writing by filling out the
Consent withdrawal form and following the Instructions mentioned thereunder.
Upon withdrawal of consent by the user, SCORECARE is not obligated to continue
providing the services agreed under the Agreement.
9.
Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
Please note that in case of
any dispute with SCORECARE
generally or specifically related to the privacy policy or the terms and
conditions, belongs to exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Hyderabad, India and
is governed exclusively by Indian Laws.
